I purchased a dress for £80 and wore it only a few times. After following the care instructions to hand-wash it, the colour faded significantly. I reached out to customer support and was instructed to return the dress for assessment by their so-called 'experts'. I complied, but it has been over three weeks without any response to my emails or updates, and I no longer have the dress I paid for. At this point, I am left without the item or a refund, and customer service has ceased all communication. This situation raises serious concerns about the integrity of the service. I am very disappointed with both the product quality and the customer support I received. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this brand.
