I would like a buy now pay later option as waiting for refunds can be a tad frustrating! But I still highly recommend this company.
I'm unable to return an item through the returns portal, despite being within the allowed return period. It appears that the issue arises from one of the sale items that I don't wish to return. I've attempted to reach out to the support team multiple times but have received no response. I'm worried this might hinder my ability to process the return on time. I would greatly appreciate prompt assistance to resolve this matter.
I've been attempting to return two dresses for 9 days now. For some reason, I can't generate a return label—I'm required to input details into a portal, and then they will supposedly send me one. That's fine, but 9 days later, I still don't have a label or any clear guidance on how to proceed with my return. I reached out to customer support and was informed they were busy and to reply to the email if I still needed assistance, promising someone would get back to me. After 36 hours, I received an email stating they'd respond again within 48 hours. All I want is a label or an address; it's not that complicated!
Terrible communication and poor customer service! I received a dress that I spent a significant amount on, only to discover it was of subpar quality. After promptly starting the return process, I didn't get any email with return instructions (like a QR code). I've reached out via email twice and messaged on social media over five days, but received no response. They are holding onto a lot of my money for a poorly made item! I've had to purchase a replacement from another source, and I urgently need the refund to cover that cost. Unacceptable customer service; if this isn't resolved soon, I will have to escalate the issue, which is frustrating as they simply need to respond to their emails.

I ordered an item worth £55 and received an empty package without anything inside. I reached out to the company twice to request the actual item since it was a Christmas gift. After my second email, which is mentioned in the company's response below, they have addressed the issue and sent me a replacement, so I have decided to increase my star rating.
I purchased a dress for £80 and wore it only a few times. After following the care instructions to hand-wash it, the colour faded significantly. I reached out to customer support and was instructed to return the dress for assessment by their so-called 'experts'. I complied, but it has been over three weeks without any response to my emails or updates, and I no longer have the dress I paid for. At this point, I am left without the item or a refund, and customer service has ceased all communication. This situation raises serious concerns about the integrity of the service. I am very disappointed with both the product quality and the customer support I received. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this brand.
I ordered a Black Floral Midi Dress for a Christmas event. After ironing it and removing the tag, I found that the zipper only opens about 3-4 cms due to stitching issues. Fortunately, I can still wear it without using the zipper. Additionally, the lace around the neck isn't finished properly at the back. It's frustrating... I'll wear it, but I'm disappointed.
