Terrible communication and poor customer service! I received a dress that I spent a significant amount on, only to discover it was of subpar quality. After promptly starting the return process, I didn't get any email with return instructions (like a QR code). I've reached out via email twice and messaged on social media over five days, but received no response. They are holding onto a lot of my money for a poorly made item! I've had to purchase a replacement from another source, and I urgently need the refund to cover that cost. Unacceptable customer service; if this isn't resolved soon, I will have to escalate the issue, which is frustrating as they simply need to respond to their emails.
