I've been attempting to return two dresses for 9 days now. For some reason, I can't generate a return label—I'm required to input details into a portal, and then they will supposedly send me one. That's fine, but 9 days later, I still don't have a label or any clear guidance on how to proceed with my return. I reached out to customer support and was informed they were busy and to reply to the email if I still needed assistance, promising someone would get back to me. After 36 hours, I received an email stating they'd respond again within 48 hours. All I want is a label or an address; it's not that complicated!
