I ordered three tubs two weeks ago and have yet to receive my order. I've emailed them four times, and they only responded once asking for proof of purchase with the order number. After emailing them three more times (one each day), I've received no reply. There's no phone number available either. The customer service is terrible from this unreliable firm. AVOID! Following their response, I sent everything they requested and an additional four emails, but still nothing. I cannot stress enough how much you should steer clear of this company. They will take your money, not send anything, and ignore your emails. They even accused me of not corresponding with them, despite replying to my email today. If anyone wants to see the email exchanges, I'm willing to share the entire thread. This company is truly a joke!
