I placed an order on the 8th of November and have yet to receive any product. I have sent two emails inquiring about the status with no reply at all. At this point, I am beginning to suspect that the company is a scam and that I have been taken advantage of. I have the receipt and order confirmation, and the payment has already been deducted from my account.

It was advertised that the subscription would cost $34 after an initial purchase of $41, but the $7 shipping fees and taxes were not disclosed. This makes it more expensive than the price on other platforms. I’m disappointed by this misleading information and have canceled my subscription.
I ordered three tubs two weeks ago and have yet to receive my order. I've emailed them four times, and they only responded once asking for proof of purchase with the order number. After emailing them three more times (one each day), I've received no reply. There's no phone number available either. The customer service is terrible from this unreliable firm. AVOID! Following their response, I sent everything they requested and an additional four emails, but still nothing. I cannot stress enough how much you should steer clear of this company. They will take your money, not send anything, and ignore your emails. They even accused me of not corresponding with them, despite replying to my email today. If anyone wants to see the email exchanges, I'm willing to share the entire thread. This company is truly a joke!
