The host did not respond to messages sent via WhatsApp or through the application, where there was an option to contact them, nor did we receive any phone call. After four days of our stay, we returned home without any response. We were given the wrong entrance code. Unfortunately, due to the lack of communication, we couldn't address the strong odor from the bathroom waste that filled the apartment, forcing us to ventilate in the cold constantly. The smell was akin to sewage. There was a dishwasher, but no capsules provided for use. The apartment itself was very clean, with glasses, plates, cutlery, and pots all in great condition. While the cleanliness and view were excellent, we cannot recommend it, as it could ruin your vacation.
