Unfortunately, due to the host's lack of communication, we could not address the significant odor coming from the bathroom, related to the shower waste, which permeated the entire apartment, forcing us to constantly ventilate in the cold. The smell was reminiscent of a sewage issue. While a dishwasher was available, there were no capsules provided for use. The place itself was very clean, with glasses, plates, cutlery, and pots all in excellent condition. The cleanliness and view were perfect, but we cannot recommend it, as it could spoil your vacation.

It's strange that the refund process is delayed, especially since there was no issue with charging my card. I faced the same problem as other customers, being charged 10% more than the listed price, attributing the difference to exchange rates and bank fees. I booked an apartment through a platform and was charged in a different currency than stated in the description. The property has ignored my messages regarding this, as well as my requests for a detailed invoice. This company seems to create new profiles when old ones receive negative reviews, and the warnings on review sites indicate they violate guidelines. Given the complaints about random charges post-check-out, I believe my card is compromised.
AVOID BOOKING AT ALL COSTS. Upon arriving in the area and attempting to access the property at 4 PM, the building code worked, but the code for the apartment was incorrect, preventing entry. I tried multiple times and variations of the code without success. The 24-hour help desk was unresponsive, and my emails went unanswered. I messaged the property several times through the booking platform, but received no response. This situation feels like a scam.
The stay was highly disappointing. Upon arrival, the apartment was inadequately prepared: the microwave was missing its plate, the bathroom drain was clogged, used cotton pads were left behind in the bedroom, and the vacuum cleaner was out of charge. Access to the property was confusing; we spent over 30 minutes stuck at the entrance until a neighbor let us in. We traveled with a child, yet there was no crib or highchair available. Despite these issues, we maintained cleanliness during our stay, even running the dishwasher before leaving and leaving a goodwill voucher. Instead of appreciation, the host demanded unreasonable extra cleaning fees for what should have been part of standard turnover cleaning. Given the preparation issues and the apartment's condition upon arrival, this was unacceptable.

Upon arriving tired from our trip, there was no cot ready. We had to wait an additional two hours for it to be delivered, which was very inconvenient with a baby. The apartment was furnished with very basic items. I expected a decent standard, but the quality was quite low. The layout was frustrating, with mirrors everywhere and inadequate curtains, making it impossible to darken the room properly. The constant light and reflections made it uncomfortable to sleep. Overall, it was a disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t choose this apartment again.
