This was the most stressful and unprofessional experience I've ever had booking accommodation. The issues began with communication problems regarding an apartment. Emails bounced back, and they didn't answer calls. They couldn't confirm the payment on time, even after the platform sent the money early in the morning. We had to involve the platform to mediate, as they sent confusing emails about our booking status. Similarly, the parking reservation was unclear until the last moment. Additionally, be prepared to bring your own toilet paper, as they provide only a limited amount. I am ashamed and disappointed with the entire experience and will never stay there again.
