I stayed at one of this company’s properties, initially planning for a long stay. However, after just three days, the boiler broke down. A handyman came, but the issue remained unresolved. Communication ceased, and I had no updates. I requested a refund and booked another apartment, only to find no access codes sent for that one either. I called customer support, who acknowledged the previous issue but made me wait outside in the rain due to a payment processing problem. I ended up checking into a hotel at my own expense. Later, they messaged about changing accommodations, but it was too late. I requested a refund for at least two nights, but to this day, I have received nothing. The service was completely unacceptable—disorganized and unresponsive. If you value your time and comfort, stay away.
