I ordered a pair of no cut gloves and used them successfully a half a dozen times, at which time I cut a hole in them. I reached out to the company who promptly replied with clarifying my expectations, an offer of a replacement pair, AND an offer of a refund. In all reality, I was probably expecting too much and acting cavalier with my mandoline slicer. In hindsight, it was my fault, not the gloves. Even so, they made it right immediately. A fresh pair arrived in 2 days, no questions asked!
