What truly made my experience outstanding was the exceptional customer support. I received a pair of well-crafted goggles as a Christmas gift from a relative in 2025. He only required the order number from my relative. Before I could even provide it, he was already arranging for a replacement pair to be shipped out. In just three business days, it was all sorted! No automated responses, no lengthy reviews—just a simple request for a photo, and it was handled swiftly! We typically choose quality providers and expect excellent service. I love the hard shell outside with cushion inside and the sculptured features make the fit very stable. This do stay up all day. Yes I do mean all day, 8 plus hours. The straps do run smaller so if unsure go larger. Mine are on the small side. They fit but with heavy jeans one has to stretch the elastic more. I have used now for 7 months at least once a week and still going strong.
Great fast customer service, quick shipping. Love the over spec tinted safety glasses, I don’t like a heavy tint and they are the best I’ve found. Great quality. I do wish the arms had more tension but I have a glasses cord on them for when they are in my hat.
My experience has been wonderful. My original purchase was too non-slip. i just couldn't move on carpet. I have Parkinson's and arthritis and have to move around on my knees to do my art. NoCry worked creatively to enable me to continue painting.
I bought a pair of the CutGuard Pro Tough Coated Cut Resistant Gloves as a gift for my friend’s birthday, and the gloves look and feel like great quality! The pair I ordered ended up being the wrong size, but Charlie from customer service was super helpful and kind, responded super quickly, and sent me a replacement pair in the right size for free and without needing to return the first pair! 10/10, definitely recommend and I will most likely return to them in the future!
