I ordered on November 28th for a Christmas gift. While other companies had shipped by then, I reached out for an update and was guaranteed delivery before Christmas since I ordered before December 8th. I was relieved until the next morning when they cancelled my order. It's shocking to cancel a Christmas order, and now if I choose another color, most are out of stock. Poor customer service for a first-time buyer. I understand it’s a busy season, but why accept orders for products you can't fulfill? Terrible experience, and I’ve shared my story with others.
