BUYER BEWARE! If you give this company your money and if your item gets lost in the mail, they'll just completely ghost you instead of trying to make it right. I placed an order that was never received. I reached out to customer service and got a tracking number for a parcel that was determined lost by Fedex. I have reached out 5 additional times over the course of 4 weeks, by email and even by phone with zero response. I now have to resort to disputing this charge with my bank and filing complaints to all relevant agencies, such as the FTC (which I would prefer not to do). As an affiliate marketer, I will not be recommending this company to anyone.
I really dislike writing a review for something I never received. I placed an order on December 10th, and now it's Christmas, yet I still haven't received it. Despite sending several messages, I only received apologies, and it was made clear that once it was shipped, they wouldn't take responsibility. The tracking information I received stopped updating on the 19th. They have closed operations until January, leaving me frustrated without my order. Customer service seems inadequate, and there's no option to speak to someone directly. I will update if they resolve this issue.

There is a complete lack of customer service. They misled me about free shipping and delivery times, so I won’t receive my order for Christmas, despite their promises. I've tried calling, emailing, and leaving chat messages but received no response. I left a negative review on their site, and it was removed, so be cautious!
The blanket is more like an infant size. For $92, I'm planning to return it. I've been using a different brand from another retailer that works wonderfully. I do like the eye mask but prefer to wrap it around my eyes rather than lay it over, as it doesn't stay put.
I ordered on November 28th for a Christmas gift. While other companies had shipped by then, I reached out for an update and was guaranteed delivery before Christmas since I ordered before December 8th. I was relieved until the next morning when they cancelled my order. It's shocking to cancel a Christmas order, and now if I choose another color, most are out of stock. Poor customer service for a first-time buyer. I understand it’s a busy season, but why accept orders for products you can't fulfill? Terrible experience, and I’ve shared my story with others.
