I really dislike writing a review for something I never received. I placed an order on December 10th, and now it's Christmas, yet I still haven't received it. Despite sending several messages, I only received apologies, and it was made clear that once it was shipped, they wouldn't take responsibility. The tracking information I received stopped updating on the 19th. They have closed operations until January, leaving me frustrated without my order. Customer service seems inadequate, and there's no option to speak to someone directly. I will update if they resolve this issue.
