Paid for an iPad at Riccarton Branch. Was told 3 days to deliver and I would be informed by text or email. At new year (approx 8 days later) I went in, was told my iPad still not received but they had one out the back. Complained about no follow up and they said courier issue. Also colour not what I had asked for. Put in feedback online. Given a number and told a reply in 48 hours. After 24 hours email saying was I happy with their resolution. Rang and said no resolution, details taken again and promised a reply from Riccarton store manager. NOTHING. All the while I have been bombarded with specials from Noel Leemings.
