If there was a minus star option I would pick it. The sales staff have little understanding of NL terms and conditions and then lie about what they said. Customer service is terrible, perhaps because they largely employee the wrong people or training is below standard. I'd say probably a mix of both. I avoid NL these days.NL, employ the right people and train them well. Customers want to deal with people who are good at their job.
