On Christmas Day, in anticipation of Boxing Day bedlam, I placed an order online using the "Click & Collect" option. All good until I turned up at the store where the bedlam was exactly as expected, but there was no dedicated "Click & Collect" counter, meaning that I'd still have to join the queue for service, completely negating the whole point of the "Click & Collect" option!I sent a stroppy email through to Noel Leeming through their website's Feeback page and within a couple of hours I had my purchases in my hand.Yes, they should have already made provisions for customers collecting orders, but their speedy efforts to accommodate for the oversight were appreciated.Great customer service, considering how busy the store was.
