Scheduling and communication were outstanding. Product seems ok. Installer was a big disappointment. Refused to place plug anywhere other than below the dash right by the parking brake, Which is obviously the easiest installation location. Even though the website shows many other possible locations. When I explained that it was my teenage daughter's car and I wanted it in a more visible spot so she didn't forget to remove it, he responded that "maybe it was time for her to learn some responsibility". Then said that it was that location or he would just leave and I could just pay the $100 service fee. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I have 12 other vehicles that I was considering installing the Ravelco on but I will be looking at other options if this is the service I can expect.
