I have an '05 F-150-easy pickings for thieves. I did a lot of research and came across California and Arizona Ravelco and decided to go with them and have their system installed.
The installer, Adam, came right on time and did an excellent job. I feel a sense of relief, knowing that my car is seriously protected now.
Installation in Phoenix was fast and it works like a charm. I wish I had known about this company years ago. I like really like the ease of use. Only downside is losing remote start capability but it’s a small price to pay vs losing a $90k truck.
This was my first experience with Ravelco, and it was fantastic! Sam was incredibly helpful and communicative while coordinating a technician visit. When the technician arrived, he clearly and thoroughly explained the entire process. Once the installation was complete, he took the time to show me how the plug works and answered all my questions. I unfortunately forgot his name, but he was outstanding and extremely helpful!
The tech showed up a few minutes before the window which was awesome. He installed within one hour and was on his way. Installation was quick and discrete. He shared that all his vehicles also have a Ravelco. Now I can sleep at night without waking up at every footstep sound outside.
