Order is still 'processing' which has been well over 2 weeks now. And apparently will take another 2 weeks to deliver. This has gone way beyond the timescale that I even needed the item. When I asked for a refund, they just keep giving me a generic 'scripted' response stating that it will be with me as soon as possible. I'll never shop from here again, my experience has been terrible.
