My girlfriend really likes the sweater thatI bought for her. Only thing that I didn’t like is that they don’t have delivery for my country. It had to be delivered to my friend from other country.
Order is still 'processing' which has been well over 2 weeks now. And apparently will take another 2 weeks to deliver. This has gone way beyond the timescale that I even needed the item. When I asked for a refund, they just keep giving me a generic 'scripted' response stating that it will be with me as soon as possible. I'll never shop from here again, my experience has been terrible.
I ordered a pink polka dot blouse from somewhere in Europe I thought ( that's what the website stated ) Surprise Surprise, the blouse took more than 3 weeks to arrive from ? Yes you've guessed CHINA !
Not a dot in sight ,rubbish quality .
I was MADE to return for a refund .
Postage cost ne£7 .70 .

ELLISO & HART is an absolute amazing, The quality of their cloths are outstanding because of its beautifully crafted, stylish, and made with real attention to detail. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the design and the materials.
The communication was excellent, and I found the customer service to be exceptional. The website was user-friendly, and I received updates via email. While experiences can vary, I was very satisfied with mine. I had no issues with quality or delivery in Australia. In fact, I absolutely love what I received.
⭐ 1 Star – Misleading shipping details!!! This service portrays itself as UK-based with complimentary UK shipping and a .co.uk website, but the products are actually dispatched from China. After discovering that the sizing was excessively small and the quality lacking, I sought to return the items and was quoted £26.50 to return two pairs of trousers. The only alternative provided was a 20% partial refund, with no additional assistance offered. If it had been clearly stated at the time of purchase that the items were shipped from China, I would not have made the order. Due to this lack of transparency, I have ended up losing money. I recommend that others proceed with caution before making a purchase.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! They falsely present themselves as a European business, but the reality is far different. I ordered two cardigans that were advertised as chunky knit and offered at a discount for buying both, but they are nothing like the images. One is a cheap nylon printed polyester that resembles a 1980s tracksuit, and the actual knit cardigan is so flimsy and full of holes that it's practically useless. The sizes are ridiculously small; even a 12-year-old would struggle to fit into them! I paid £60 for this... yes, £60... I feel completely deceived by their misleading addresses and promises of fast shipping from Europe. I regret falling for it and urge others not to make the same mistake. I'm currently attempting to secure a full refund, but this company feels like a massive scam. They appear to sell low-quality items in bulk and profit off the return shipping costs from buyers like me. It's appalling! I've reached out via email three times and have been ignored... they can respond here but not where it actually matters?
The service and team have been incredibly helpful and understanding throughout. As we age, we're not accustomed to online communication. They have kept us updated at every stage. Many thanks to all involved. I only wish more companies provided such excellent service.
