Stay away. I ordered a synthetic puffer jacket from the Facebook link. The picture showed a dark silver/grey jacket. What I eventually received was a light beige jacket which was badly made. Where the zip is sewn to the bottom of the jacket both sides flare away from the zip and don’t sit right. I emailed my issue and have spent about 10 days going forwards and backwards with customer service, who do not want to give me the returns address. I am at the point where I will just raise a claim with my card issuer.
