If I could give zero stars, I would. They advertise as a UK company, but they are based in China. It took five days to get my first tracking update, which just said 'label printed.' Customer service is terrible, with only standard replies for weeks. The item arrived late and is of poor quality. Returns are allowed, but customers must pay to send items back to China, which costs more than the original purchase. This is a complete scam. I should have checked the reviews first, as my experience seems common.
