I would give this company 0 stars if I could! It is absolutely appalling. . In the first instance, the clothes actually come from China and took weeks to arrive. The quality was poor and they looked nothing like the pictures. The situation got worse when I tried to return them. I had to take photos of them and pay for the postage back to China myself. This cost some £30. The clothes were returned at the end of July and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. My bank has returned the monies to me and will be raising a dispute with Noir and Pearl. I IMPLORE YOU – DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! THEY ARE A SCAM HENCE THE TERRRIBLE REVIEWS!!!
