I am very dissatisfied with the service provided. My package was left outside by the courier and subsequently stolen, even though I was home waiting for the delivery. I reached out multiple times via email to report this issue, provide evidence, and seek a solution — but received no response at all. This complete lack of communication and failure to take responsibility is highly unprofessional and frustrating. As a customer, I expect at least a basic acknowledgment when there’s a serious problem like a stolen package. Based on this experience, I would be very hesitant to order again and cannot recommend this service.
