Please do not buy from this brand. All 'positive reviews' are bots. I have been trying to get a refund for faulty awful bags for 3 months, and they refuse to communicate or provide a return address. Even after getting a charge-back from my bank, they had the CHEEK to dispute it (which didn't work as I have ample evidence of the fraudulent merchandice sold there).

My order was returned by the shipping company because they refused to deliver to my neighborhood (a gated community). By the time I found an alternate address, they’d returned my order to Noirvere. I have been trying to contact anyone at Noirvere for WEEKS and am ignored or receive auto responses. Why?! I’ve even commented on their Instagram stories and posts! What is the deal?! I just want my money back now. Such a shameful way for a business to act (i.e. not act), especially one based in vegan values.

Absolutely frustrating experience!

I would rate it zero stars if that were an option! We ordered a bag over two months ago, intended as a Christmas gift, but it never showed up! It's been impossible to reach out or receive any response, making it equally impossible to get a refund! I strongly advise against using this service! I will be filing an official complaint.

Avoid this seller at all costs.

This seller is not trustworthy. The bag priced at 20 euros is acceptable, but anything beyond that is not worth it. The quality is poor, and the images do not accurately represent the products. The 14-day money-back guarantee is misleading. This is not a reputable brand. Steer clear unless you are certain you won’t need to return the low-quality item.

I’m sharing my genuine experience. I ordered an everyday bag in brown (my first order) but forgot to include my home number in the shipping address (my mistake). This led to a "delivery exception" message in my email, and unfortunately, the item was returned to the sender. In the meantime, I placed a second order for the same bag, hoping for a better outcome. While waiting for this second order, I attempted to reach out to the support team via several emails and Instagram DMs to request a refund. Initially, there was no response—it's been a month, and I still haven't heard back from them through email. However, I did receive a few replies on Instagram, but they were infrequent (about once a week), so patience is key. I have evidence that the bag was returned, which the company requested, yet I still haven't received my refund. I even initiated a chargeback with my bank and await resolution. The second bag took a while to arrive, and I had seen several negative reviews suggesting that this platform might be a scam, which made me anxious since I had ordered two bags and was out quite a bit of money. BUT THE BAG ARRIVED! Three weeks after the second order, and it’s adorable. I was also concerned about the smell mentioned in other reviews, but it has none. So, would I order this bag again? That’s a tough question. I truly love it, but the stress was significant, and I think I was fortunate to receive it. I’m giving it 4 stars as a hopeful gesture for others, but I’m deducting 1 star for the delivery issues and lack of communication.

Poor communication and service

I purchased a bag three weeks ago and have received no updates. I've attempted to reach out multiple times to find out the status of my package. I received an order confirmation, but since then, there's been complete silence. I've already paid, and this is meant to be a Christmas gift, which makes the situation unacceptable. There’s no customer service to speak of. If they are unable to fulfill the order properly, they should issue a refund. That’s simply the right thing to do. I highly advise against making a purchase here.

Extremely Disappointed with Quality and Service

I purchased a bag that turned out to be of TERRIBLY LOW QUALITY and had an unpleasant odor. It definitely wasn't worth the price. I reached out to arrange a return, but I never received a response. I am very dissatisfied with the service provided. My package was left outside by the courier and subsequently stolen, even though I was home waiting for the delivery. I reached out multiple times via email to report this issue, provide evidence, and seek a solution — but received no response at all. This complete lack of communication and failure to take responsibility is highly unprofessional and frustrating. As a customer, I expect at least a basic acknowledgment when there’s a serious problem like a stolen package. Based on this experience, I would be very hesitant to order again and cannot recommend this service.

I still haven't received my order. I've tried reaching out for help, but they have been 'investigating' my claim and processing a refund for almost a year. It seems unlikely that I will get my money back or see the bag I ordered.
