I’m sharing my genuine experience. I ordered an everyday bag in brown (my first order) but forgot to include my home number in the shipping address (my mistake). This led to a "delivery exception" message in my email, and unfortunately, the item was returned to the sender. In the meantime, I placed a second order for the same bag, hoping for a better outcome. While waiting for this second order, I attempted to reach out to the support team via several emails and Instagram DMs to request a refund. Initially, there was no response—it's been a month, and I still haven't heard back from them through email. However, I did receive a few replies on Instagram, but they were infrequent (about once a week), so patience is key. I have evidence that the bag was returned, which the company requested, yet I still haven't received my refund. I even initiated a chargeback with my bank and await resolution. The second bag took a while to arrive, and I had seen several negative reviews suggesting that this platform might be a scam, which made me anxious since I had ordered two bags and was out quite a bit of money. BUT THE BAG ARRIVED! Three weeks after the second order, and it’s adorable. I was also concerned about the smell mentioned in other reviews, but it has none. So, would I order this bag again? That’s a tough question. I truly love it, but the stress was significant, and I think I was fortunate to receive it. I’m giving it 4 stars as a hopeful gesture for others, but I’m deducting 1 star for the delivery issues and lack of communication.
