It took days for my email to be answered (they lack phone support - a major red flag) and even longer for any resolution. They agreed to refund me for the missing items, but the amount was less than expected. Another email led to more waiting. Mistakes happen, and I wasn't upset about the initial error, but their response was infuriating. I will not use them again. Update: They issued a second refund that covered what they owed me. However, when I expressed my ongoing dissatisfaction, they offered a 15% discount on my next order, which I will not be taking.
