I want to start by saying that the team and printing crew are genuinely lovely and friendly to work with. However, my praise ends there. They couldn't print Times New Roman smaller than 12 point—I've never encountered this issue before, especially with such a commonly used font. It was strange, and I can't imagine how more intricate designs would turn out. Additionally, the recycled paper stickers I received were of the worst quality I've ever seen. They bled and rubbed ink everywhere and were incredibly thin.
The team was excellent to work with and completed our rush order with days to spare before the deadline. The mailers we ordered look fantastic. However, the product webpage was missing design templates, making the online ordering process tedious. The customer service and prepress departments were helpful in getting things moving. This was our first experience.
If anything goes wrong with your order, anticipate the worst customer service. I only received part of my order. It took days for my email to be answered (they lack phone support - a major red flag) and even longer for any resolution. They agreed to refund me for the missing items, but the amount was less than expected. Another email led to more waiting. Mistakes happen, and I wasn't upset about the initial error, but their response was infuriating. I will not use them again. Update: They issued a second refund that covered what they owed me. However, when I expressed my ongoing dissatisfaction, they offered a 15% discount on my next order, which I will not be taking.
The design team was instrumental in ensuring my product was flawless before production. They even took the initiative to make some edits on their own, as I lacked the technical skills. I've worked with this company for tissue paper, washi tape, and now die-cut sticker rolls, and I can confidently say that the quality is exceptional. I have no plans to seek another supplier for these items. Thank you 🙏🏼
