The good: The products are great and really high quality. The not so good: I needed some help with design and that process was a little frustrating and there is no capacity to speak to someone which would have solved the query in minutes rather than days. That said, after getting through the first hurdle of design I would order again. If you are a new customer and want some help make sure you factor in a much longer lead time.
