It took over 50 emails to get the necessary details for the Customs Declaration. I followed all the instructions from the dispute manager, who promised a full refund soon. However, she conveniently forgot to mention that they would refuse the parcel, as confirmed by the postal service. After four months, I received my parcel back with 'REFUSED' and 'UNCLAIMED' labels. These people are pathological liars, and moral values seem to be foreign to them. I hope karma catches up with them for the way they treat honest individuals. Today, I wanted to express my frustration, but my email bounced back saying the address doesn't exist. I contacted consumer protection and the payment service, but it was a waste of time.
