These individuals are deceitful, and it seems moral values are lost on them. I hope karma reaches them for how they treat honest individuals. Since it's overseas, consumer affairs cannot take action, and I lost my money. Even worse, the payment service seems to support these scammers. I'm extremely frustrated... please do not purchase from this site!
I was misled into thinking I was buying handmade, local jewelry, but it turned out to be plastic made overseas. When I requested a refund, they wanted photos of each item and the packaging. After back and forth, they offered 10%. I declined and asked for a return address and a full refund. They then offered 20% as their 'final offer.' I declined again. They provided an address overseas for returns, stating they wouldn't refund until they received the items. If not received within 20 days of purchase—no refund. That time has now passed. AVOID THESE PEOPLE.
Complete scam operation... a ghost company... not located in the area but overseas... not handmade... no closure... just low-quality products... heed my warning, you will lose your money... steer clear of these scammers now. I've been taken advantage of, and many others have too... be cautious... there is no legitimate business, just deceit.
