I was misled into thinking I was buying handmade, local jewelry, but it turned out to be plastic made overseas. When I requested a refund, they wanted photos of each item and the packaging. After back and forth, they offered 10%. I declined and asked for a return address and a full refund. They then offered 20% as their 'final offer.' I declined again. They provided an address overseas for returns, stating they wouldn't refund until they received the items. If not received within 20 days of purchase—no refund. That time has now passed. AVOID THESE PEOPLE.
