I am very concerned. I rented a vehicle today. I paid €800 deposit as told the insurance I took out (straight after the purchase) wasn’t their insurance. I was then asked to provide three online signatures but have no idea what I signed for. The car is full of scratches and I have not seen a report nor did anyone accompany me to the car to see (Turin Airport) The check in girl was rude. All I was given was a key. No paperwork, told nothing. Have no idea who I call if the car breaks down. Terrible customer service.
