At first when I went to hire the car they tried to charge me €10 more a day for the same car I had booked. Then they charged me for an extra day out of my deposit and won’t refund.
Avoid at all costs!
The car was not winter-proof as promised.
When I picked it up, the vehicle already had multiple scratches. I was therefore given a long list of pre-existing damage.
Upon returning the car, a company representative claimed that one of the scratches was new. This was absolutely impossible. Fortunately, I had taken sufficient photos at pick-up, which proved that the scratch was already there. He had no choice but to withdraw his claim.
It is clear that they failed to do their job properly and are attempting to charge customers for damage caused by others. These are unacceptable and dishonest practices.

Noleggiare car rental at Bergamo Airport (BGY)The worst car rental service I have experienced to date. For a winter trip to the mountains, we were provided with a vehicle fitted with summer tires, without snow chains and without snow socks. The absence of staff at the rental parking area made it impossible to obtain the necessary winter equipment before departure.
During the journey, customer support via WhatsApp completely disregarded the fact that we were travelling without proper and safe equipment. The subsequent complaint process denied the obvious facts and failed to take any real responsibility for the situation.
I strongly advise against using this rental company. You will be far safer choosing another provider.
Car provided was different to what I ordered. Safety equipment (snow tyres) were in extremely poor condition. Car hire return address was inaccurate. No staff present (during working hours) to accept car, had to phone to get staff (as there was no key drop off box). Charged 120eu cleaning fee for dirt in back of car that could be hovered up in 5 minutes. Would not recommend.
Extremely negative experience. I had the clear impression that the focus was more on selling additional insurance coverage than on providing a proper rental service. After choosing not to purchase extra insurance, I was charged for a damage that I strongly believe did not exist and was not adequately documented. The photos provided were unclear, and my requests for additional evidence were not addressed. I experienced a lack of transparency and customer protection throughout the process. I would not recommend this company.

I had a very disappointing experience. At pick-up, the wait times were excessively long, and the agent pressured me into buying their insurance at exorbitant rates (around €40 daily for a rental costing €55 per day). I was also informed that my external insurance might need to be cancelled or deemed invalid, which caused confusion and discomfort for myself and other customers. Upon return, I was charged for a minor, nearly invisible "damage" on the passenger door (as shown in the photos). I contested the damage listed on the check-in report, yet I was still billed €430 (€350 for damage plus €80 in administrative fees). After seeing other reviews, it became clear that many customers had similar experiences. I cannot recommend this service. It was a stressful situation with questionable practices and a lack of genuine customer care.
We rented from a service in Tuscany, picking up in one city and dropping off in another. The pickup went smoothly, but the return was a nightmare. The staff took over 30 minutes to 'inspect' the vehicle and claimed to find minor scratches that were barely noticeable. These supposed scratches didn't even show up in photos. The inspecting staff was quite rude and appeared very angry. They demanded over 300 Euros to 'resolve' the issue, which we believed was a scam. When we attempted to note down the staff member's name, he removed his name badge and refused to identify himself. The conversation escalated, and as we rushed to catch our flight—after nearly an hour of this ordeal—the staff member threatened us, saying, 'I know your name, address, and phone number! You better be careful!' This was extremely unprofessional and disreputable. A terrible experience that ensures we will not rent from them again!
