It is rare to meet people who are so unwilling to help in the service industry.. We had a problem with a previous reservation and had to turn to them to get a car. They could get us a car but without us willing to pay the 200 euros insurance we had to wait 3 hours to get it. They made us wait until rush hour to get us a car, which was then complicated because of the number of people trying to get to their reservation. So in addition to the 3 hours they made us wait to get the car we waited an extra 30 min to get to the desk.
