I had a very disappointing experience. At pick-up, the wait times were excessively long, and the agent pressured me into buying their insurance at exorbitant rates (around €40 daily for a rental costing €55 per day). I was also informed that my external insurance might need to be cancelled or deemed invalid, which caused confusion and discomfort for myself and other customers. Upon return, I was charged for a minor, nearly invisible "damage" on the passenger door (as shown in the photos). I contested the damage listed on the check-in report, yet I was still billed €430 (€350 for damage plus €80 in administrative fees). After seeing other reviews, it became clear that many customers had similar experiences. I cannot recommend this service. It was a stressful situation with questionable practices and a lack of genuine customer care.
