When I picked it up, the vehicle already had multiple scratches. I was therefore given a long list of pre-existing damage.
Upon returning the car, a company representative claimed that one of the scratches was new. This was absolutely impossible. Fortunately, I had taken sufficient photos at pick-up, which proved that the scratch was already there. He had no choice but to withdraw his claim.
It is clear that they failed to do their job properly and are attempting to charge customers for damage caused by others. These are unacceptable and dishonest practices.
