Don't waste your time, look elsewhere! The leasing process was super frustrating and took forever- my property was vacant for over a month. The only suggestions were professional photos really. Multiple people had questions following tours that were not communicated to me and any time I tried to ask for support on the weekend I was told they had "limited staff." However, most importantly is that they advertise as only taking a 4% property management fee, but thats completely false! I was hit with over $3,000 of "fees" and not even paid for 20 days of rent nor enough to cover my mortgage despite having initially factored in alleged fee costs- they are also remote so who even knows what these fees are for. I would avoid at all costs and look somewhere else if I were looking for a property management company next time.
