Our Nomad agent, Bri Giorgione, was amazing during the recent process of renting a home. In fact, she is the reason we were able to obtain a lease at this property. Without Bri's tireless efforts, combined with Nomads "renter friendly" policies, we would not be moving into our new home this week.

A company is only as good as its employees and Nomad hires excellent ones who are articulate, well-versed in their roles, quick to help and efficient. I have worked with both Jeff (customer service) and Vincent Gennarelli (accounting) were knowledgeable and effective in getting my questions answered and problems solved. Would never go with a regular renter realtor after using Nomad portal as a landlord!

Don't waste your time, look elsewhere! The leasing process was super frustrating and took forever- my property was vacant for over a month. The only suggestions were professional photos really. Multiple people had questions following tours that were not communicated to me and any time I tried to ask for support on the weekend I was told they had "limited staff." However, most importantly is that they advertise as only taking a 4% property management fee, but thats completely false! I was hit with over $3,000 of "fees" and not even paid for 20 days of rent nor enough to cover my mortgage despite having initially factored in alleged fee costs- they are also remote so who even knows what these fees are for. I would avoid at all costs and look somewhere else if I were looking for a property management company next time.
Nomad uses this third-party website called Boom for the application process, and honestly, it was pretty annoying. The app kept sending us new links to re-enter stuff we already filled out and made us restart the whole thing a bunch of times. It was also really hard to get hold of someone on the phone to ask questions or get help. But once we finally finished the application and it got approved, everything went smoothly. The resident portal is really easy to use, and managing everything from there has been super simple.

On top of this, it was nearly impossible to reach the application department by phone to get clarity/get things resolved. However, once the application was finally completed and approved, everything went smoothly. The resident portal is user-friendly, and managing everything from there has been a breeze.
