I had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered a black hoodie, but instead received a navy blue one. The error was clearly theirs. Since then, I've contacted customer support multiple times via email, and they simply do not reply. No solution, no explanation, nothing. This is especially unacceptable given their 14-day return policy, as I'm wasting time waiting for answers while the return window is closing — for a mistake they made. To make matters worse, this was a Black Friday order, and it arrived only about a week ago, with today being January 22. After all this waiting, receiving the wrong item and being completely ignored by customer support is incredibly frustrating. A very disappointing experience. The products may be nice, but the customer service is awful. I will not order again and cannot recommend this brand.
