Review Time
I should’ve stuck with my gut instinct 🤦♂️. In November I was thinking of buying a tracksuit of NOFS, I went on trust pilot and seen some videos and seen so many negative comments and feedback. I was shocked and didn’t know what to do, but i really wanted to order something. I thought maybe its just some little issues or rarely it will happen, or shipping will be like month ish which is fine for me, not to bothered by that.
So in end of November i just thought id order something seen as tho there was sale. I was in a 50/50 position, I had to decide in 1 minute and I just thought im just going to do it. Looking back thank god, I didnt spend more than £70 as I know some people have spent over £250.
Its been 3 and half months and still no shipping updates or anything and looking at the comments on instagram and on tiktok many people are very frustrated just like me. This is why some people are just not built for certain stuff and which is why I know being a clothing brand owner is much harder than people think.
Wish it would arrive by a couple weeks time, I am hoping. But this is a big SCAM or PROBLEM should I say!!!

Since then, I've reached out to customer support several times via email, and they have not responded. There has been no resolution, no explanation, nothing at all. This is particularly frustrating given their 14-day return policy, as I'm wasting time waiting for a response while the return period is closing — for a mistake they made. To make matters worse, this was a Black Friday order, and it only arrived about a week ago, with today being January 22. After all this waiting, receiving the wrong item and being ignored by customer service is incredibly frustrating. A very disappointing experience. The products might be nice, but the customer service is terrible. I will not be ordering again and cannot recommend this company.

Order placed on Nov. 28th, and I'm still waiting for the tracking number as of Jan. 9, 2026! I've received several emails from them, claiming how hard they are working... They seem to be busy ignoring my emails and telling customers the same frustrating story repeatedly.
This is a complete scam. I placed and fully paid for my order on Nov. 28, 2025. Weeks later, I still have no tracking, shipping confirmation, or delivery date. All I received were endless excuses. At some point, this stops being an explanation and becomes an insult to customers' intelligence. They even boast about having a WhatsApp group where they claim to be working around the clock and not seeing their families. That’s not transparency; it’s guilt-tripping customers instead of fulfilling paid orders. If you're overwhelmed, stop selling. If you can't ship, refund people. Don't prolong this with motivational messages while holding onto customers' money for over a month. All talk, no delivery. Completely unprofessional. Avoid.
I ordered twice; the first time the hoodie arrived in the wrong color. I contacted them and they suggested a solution, but then they stopped responding. The second time, I ordered a hoodie and it came in the wrong size again. I emailed them, and they are ignoring me! Don't buy from them; their customer service is terrible.
