I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I ordered a black hoodie, but received a navy blue one instead. The error was clearly theirs. Since then, I've reached out to customer support several times via email, and they have not responded. There has been no resolution, no explanation, nothing at all. This is particularly frustrating given their 14-day return policy, as I'm wasting time waiting for a response while the return period is closing — for a mistake they made. To make matters worse, this was a Black Friday order, and it only arrived about a week ago, with today being January 22. After all this waiting, receiving the wrong item and being ignored by customer service is incredibly frustrating. A very disappointing experience. The products might be nice, but the customer service is terrible. I will not be ordering again and cannot recommend this company.
