The food was nice, but we weren’t eating enough pasta to justify keeping the subscription, so I cancelled it. I received a call asking why I left, and although I explained, the tone and communication from the staff member were not great.
A few years later passed, a few days ago I received another call from them introducing new menus. I was in the middle of work, so I said I would check the website later. He then abruptly hung up.
I will never subscribe again. I shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable or guilty twice. The customer service really needs significant improvement.
