When you order a gelato and pay £6 for it, you DON'T expect to receive 2 small scoops of Walls ice cream. I could but a whole tub for £3. Customer service is appalling and when I rang, and asked for a refund after much faffing and hesitation they hung up on me.Offending ice cream is in my freezer and I'm contacting Trading Standards. This is 2nd bad experience, the last time I ordered 2 bottles of Pepsi Max (£3.49!!!!!) they sent 1 when I rang to let them know they were adamant that the Manager had packed my order and therefore it was correct !!! I would hardly take the time and trouble to ring up if it wasn't missing.
