When you order a gelato and pay £6 for it, you DON'T expect to receive 2 small scoops of Walls ice cream. I could but a whole tub for £3. Customer service is appalling and when I rang, and asked for a refund after much faffing and hesitation they hung up on me.Offending ice cream is in my freezer and I'm contacting Trading Standards. This is 2nd bad experience, the last time I ordered 2 bottles of Pepsi Max (£3.49!!!!!) they sent 1 when I rang to let them know they were adamant that the Manager had packed my order and therefore it was correct !!! I would hardly take the time and trouble to ring up if it wasn't missing.
Just been to the St Albans/ Fleetville branch. Had a lovely pizza for me and spaghetti for my wife. Both were excellent. House red very drinkable. Pizzas are cooked in open view. Serving staff are super and the whole team are really friendly.
We ordered 5 for a kid's party from the new Crouch End branch (London N8). They were late so luke warm. 4 were burnt and we struggled to find enough to feed the kids.Taste was very average - like ones from Iceland.Shocked as were 30 other parents!
BY FAR THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE Ordered from st albans and they came early and the pizza is fantastic Margarita looks greasy but is not heavy at all and I can’t figure out how is this possible I will definitely buy from here again I finally found my favourite pizza spot Goodbye just eat 😂😂😂😂
I recently moved into Wheathampsted and have tried unsuccessfully on 7 orders to get a complete order, within a reasonable timescale, hot warm even, and to be my order ... On every single occasion the order was wrong, contained ingredients specifically requested due to allergies not to be added, or the order was in part forgotten all together. Basic english dialogue is not possible with the Wheathampsted Nono's, they simply dont understand a word ... 3 Restaurants offering over priced food, that is slow, late, wrong, or missing ... thats it, never again ... be warned, they are absolutely useless ...
Order pizza at 6 came after 8 2 hours plus to get from chorleywood to rickmansworth what a joke would never use again complete waste of time sorry to those that dont know 6 minutes from chorleywood to rickmansworth spend your money somewhere else should cost half as less and at the very least twice as quick
They never delivered the food and when I called them up to say such they insisted it was delivered (I'm the only one here, that would be absolutely impossible that anyone but me could have answered the door) and called me a liar (I have video surveillance to prove no one came by my house). This has been an absolutely miserable experience as my money has now been stolen and I am still very hungry. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious. They wouldn't let me speak to the driver or the manager and insisted the only way to do so would be to come into the location (which given that I don't have a car which is WHY I was ordering delivery, would be quite impossible. Also we are supposed to be self quarantining so that's against the NHS guidelines as an immunocompromised person?? Irresponsible, rude, and impossible). I had ordered from them many times before but honestly never again. The food is not worth the stealing at the absolutely atrocious way they treat their customers.
