They never delivered the food and when I called them up to say such they insisted it was delivered (I'm the only one here, that would be absolutely impossible that anyone but me could have answered the door) and called me a liar (I have video surveillance to prove no one came by my house). This has been an absolutely miserable experience as my money has now been stolen and I am still very hungry. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious. They wouldn't let me speak to the driver or the manager and insisted the only way to do so would be to come into the location (which given that I don't have a car which is WHY I was ordering delivery, would be quite impossible. Also we are supposed to be self quarantining so that's against the NHS guidelines as an immunocompromised person?? Irresponsible, rude, and impossible). I had ordered from them many times before but honestly never again. The food is not worth the stealing at the absolutely atrocious way they treat their customers.
