Very disappointing service; I recommend steering clear of this company! The booking process was fine, and I received confirmation and tracking details. However, tracking changed languages midway, and my attempts to contact the company resulted in numerous emails for a reply. They had mishandled the package, causing it to be returned. Despite emphasizing the urgency of my order, they informed me it would take 5-7 working days to resend. After three days without tracking, I found my card had been refunded without any communication from them. I was told I would need to repurchase with no apologies offered. I ended up incurring extra costs to finish my project. Truly terrible service—avoid at all costs.
