Prices are great and good selection of products. Be aware if ordering from the UK as you will have pay import duties. It does state this on their web site, but CROP appear well in Google searches, so it can be easily overlooked. Perhaps if their items were displayed in Euros and Pounds it would give web users a little more clarity that the site operates outside the UK?

Also electrical items wont have a UK three prong plug, so you will have to buy an adaptor.

Overall a good company, but I think it should be a little clearer that there will be import taxes to pay plus the device purchased will need adaptors to be plugged in.

what went wrong
1) easy to order online but it is not clear this company is located in the Netherlands so got a shock when the day before delivery I received an email from UPS stating that I would have to pay £81.50 import duty and handling charge or they would not deliver item .
when I emailed non paints.com they said it was in the terms and conditions ( the small print that no one reads ) my fault so I reluctantly paid up. This upset could easily been avoided if there web site was set up properly. when during placing an order they ask for the delivery address and I input my address in the UK it should flag up in a big box Please note before placing order that the import tax charges will be charged to purchaser on delivery of £81.50.
2) On receipt of the air compressor it came without a euro connector on the air outlet so had to buy one to fit on fitting the cast casing on the regulator cracked leaking air making it unusable i connected nonpaint .com customer service and asked then if they could supply me with another replacement regulator to be told it was a spare they don't stock and cant get so there was nothing they could do (I found this strange as the manual with the compressor shows a parts diagram with the regulator as item 60 but gave no address of the company manufacturing this or where parts could be obtained )they also gave no indication where I might be able to get a replacement.
After searching the internet I found the exact replacement part on amazon an ordered one it arrived next day and was promptly fitted.it was exactly the same item but with a stronger manifold after telling nonpaint.com they then informed me that the machine would not be covered on warranty as it was a non genuine part even though they could not provide this part? it would also be not be covered on warranty as the fitted Euro plug it came with had to be cut of and replaced with the correct plug for the UK. which is a higher standard than the EU plug. My search on amazon revealed that you could purchase most if not all of the replacement parts from them not surprising as I am pretty sure that the compressor would have been manufactured in china as and most of the parts will have been made there too. It would have been better customer service if they had advised this instead of emails telling me the compressor had no warranty.
If you are thinking of ordering anything from the UK I would not use Nonpaints,com they are more expensive than UK shops customer service is nothing more Lip service excuses of why they cant help you
I would not have used them if I had known this before ordering but put this down to a lesson in life I wont be using them again .

Order arrived ahead of schedule and matched the description

I placed an order through this site, and it arrived before the expected date. The items were as described and came packaged in two boxes. The representative on their messaging service was very courteous and answered all my questions regarding the order—cost, shipping tracking, and more. I highly recommend this site for their professionalism. They set an excellent standard for how businesses should operate. Very disappointing service; I recommend steering clear of this company! The booking process was fine, and I received confirmation and tracking details. However, tracking changed languages midway, and my attempts to contact the company resulted in numerous emails for a reply. They had mishandled the package, causing it to be returned. Despite emphasizing the urgency of my order, they informed me it would take 5-7 working days to resend. After three days without tracking, I found my card had been refunded without any communication from them. I was told I would need to repurchase with no apologies offered. I ended up incurring extra costs to finish my project. Truly terrible service—avoid at all costs.
